Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RealScore (the "Service"), operated by Realscore Home Insights ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

RealScore generates AI-assisted location intelligence reports for residential property buyers. Reports cover growth, livability, connectivity, risk, pricing and a buy/avoid recommendation. Reports are advisory only and are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Always do an on-site visit and legal due diligence before buying.

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape, or republish reports;
• upload malware, probe security, or interfere with normal operation;
• use automated tools to generate reports at scale without permission.

Reports rely on publicly observable signals and large-language-model reasoning. We do our best to be accurate and balanced, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully complete information. You are responsible for verifying material facts before acting on a report.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, branding, and report templates, is our property. A purchased report is licensed to you for personal use; you may not resell or redistribute it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or repeated violations of acceptable use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a buying decision made in reliance on a report.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
