We want you to be confident in your RealScore purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net (use the email address you bought with) or email vijith.pad@gmail.com and we'll arrange it.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
