1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice describes how Realscore Home Insights ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you use RealScore. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. What we collect
- Email address — to deliver your purchased report and send order-related communication.
- Property details you submit — country, state, city, area, postal code, landmark, asking price, property type, and any concerns you describe — to generate the report you requested.
- Generated report — stored on our infrastructure so we can re-send it to you on request.
- Technical metadata — user-agent, timestamps, and basic device info for security and abuse prevention.
- Feedback you submit — your responses to our report-feedback form, used to improve the Service.
We do not collect or store payment card details — Paddle handles all payment data.
3. Why we use it
- To generate and deliver the report you ordered (contract performance).
- To process your payment via Paddle and provide post-sale support (contract performance / legal obligation).
- To improve report quality (legitimate interests).
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Handles checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Resend — sends you the report delivery email.
- Lovable — hosts the application and database infrastructure.
- Generative AI providers (Google Gemini via Lovable's AI gateway) — process the property details to produce the report. Inputs are sent without identifying information.
- Authorities — only where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We retain generated reports and associated email addresses for as long as the report remains useful to you (typically 24 months), then delete them. Feedback may be retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise any of these rights, email vijith.pad@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect personal data.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and browser storage required to operate the Service (such as remembering your report for recovery on the same device).
